with RTC Therapists
Join us for a complimentary flexibility and strength assessment with the skilled, licensed therapists from our Regional Therapy Center and see if you're ready for running season! During your assessment, therapists will provide a personalized running gait analysis to help optimize your performance, along with expert recommendations and exercises designed to improve efficiency, prevent injury, and enhance your overall running experience.
In addition, Fleet Feet running specialists will be on site to showcase the latest running footwear and offer personalized guidance in selecting the best running shoe for your needs and goals.
