PLEASE NOTE: 

  • Please only register ONE PERSON per couple, or you will be charged twice.
  • Each registrant may bring a support person with them no need to register the support person.

Expectant and adoptive parents are invited to join us and learn about a variety of care topics, including newborn characteristics and behaviors, hospital routines, daily care and bathing, diapering, swaddling, feeding issues, crying, and colic. We will also discuss health and safety information, including SIDS risk factors.

Registration is required.

Running Workshop

Physical Therapists Maria Fusco, Ann Marie Moskal, and Pete Paulch from the Regional Therapy Center will provide an interactive workshop reviewing the most common running impairments identified on a running analysis and exercises to address them.  A Fleet Feet Representative will discuss the importance of proper footwear.  Participants will also be guided through proper warm-up and running specific exercises, as well as discussion on recovery techniques to enhance performance and reduce risk of injury.

**Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

**Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Safe Aging Screening

March 28th 2026

9-12PM @ RTC Springs

The Safe Aging Screening is designed for older adults living in the community looking to age safely in place and have knowledge ways to prevent falls.  This screening will include, but is not limited to an assessment of cognition, balance, vision, abilities in activities of daily living, and their home environment. Community resources will be provided as well to help guide your way to a safer aging process.
