Safe Aging Screening

The Safe Aging Screening is designed for older adults living in the community looking to age safely in place and have knowledge ways to prevent falls.  This screening will include, but is not limited to an assessment of cognition, balance, vision, abilities in activities of daily living, and their home environment. Community resources will be provided as well to help guide your way to a safer aging process. Registration is required
