This support group, led by Pierre Zimmerman of One Roof Holistic Health Center, provides "a safe container to explore common physical, financial, emotional, cognitive, developmental, familial, and spiritual issues."

Joint Replacement Classes
with Clinical Education

Preparation is key to a successful, timely recovery following total joint replacement surgery. In this seminar, you will learn what to expect and how to prepare for your upcoming surgery.
Please note we need at least four people registered to hold a class.

Breastfeeding Basics
with Kelly Duheme

Join us to learn all about breastfeeding with Kelly Duheme, IBCLC. In this program, we will discuss:
- Breastfeeding techniques and positions
- How to read your baby's hunger cues
- What to expect in the early days
- Benefits for both moms and babies
- How your baby's feeding needs may change over tmie
Attending this class before your baby arrives can help you prepare for a smooth start on your breastfeeding journey.

Childbirth Preparation Series (3 Nights)
with Childbirth Instructor

Please register only one person per couple, as each registrant gets one support person. Otherwise, you will be charged twice.
Childbirth Preparation is a three-class series designed to educate expectant parents on their options during pregnancy, labor, and delivery. We will discuss having a healthy pregnancy, the work of labor and birth, coping with labor, options for medications and other interventions, being an active participant in your care, the role of the birth partner, and the first 48 hours after birth.
We offer discounts for active/retired military, hospital employees, and Medicaid. We also offer 15% off education packages when you register for two or more classes. Contact communityed@saratogahospital.org with any questions.

Grief Support Group
with Jean Malone

Time alone does not heal all wounds. Grief must be expressed and witnessed to become manageable. This adult-only group provides a safe, private place to talk about the loss of a loved one without judgment, without fear of being a burden. Join us and find comfort in knowing you are not alone.

Caregiver Support Group
with Support Group

In this monthly support group, facilitated by Pierre Zimmerman of One Roof Holistic Health Center, we will:
- Address issues of self-care, and how to practice it in the midst of caring for someone else.
- Identify sources of stress, and learn skills to cope and take action to reduce that stress.
- Explore ways to feel healthier, including practical solutions for constructive communication.
- Discover how to clarify your needs, and meet them without feeling guilt, anger, or resentment.
